100ml orange juice
250g pack fresh or frozen cranberry
1 tbls orange rind
Place all the ingredients in to a pan, place on a high heat. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
The sauce will thicken as it cools. Will keep in the fridge for 1 week. Serve at room temperature.
The sauce is also suitable for freezing. It great to have with cheese after Christmas.
