Shortbread

250g butter
75g castor sugar
300g plain flour
100g rice flour
Cream butter and sugar, till cream.
Add flours mix into soft dough.
Rest at least 30 min then roll between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper. Cut into shape
Bake gm4/180 for 20-25 mins till beginning to get golden on the edges.
