1 pkt Phyllo
1 jar Nutella
Cover the phyllo pastry with a damp dish towel, the pastry dries out very quickly and becomes brittle.
cut the phyllo pastry sheets in half. take 1 sheet and brush with melted butter.
Spoon a strip of Nutella onto the edge of the pastry. Sprinkle with some roasted, chopped hazelnuts.
Then fold the edges in to the middle. Brush with more,tightly roll it up.
Place all the rolls on a lined baking sheet and brush them all with more butter and sprinkle them with flaked sea salt. Bake in a moderate oven 180c/gm 4.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
